A Tradition of Bringing Communities Together
Although 989 Productions is a growing nonprofit organization, the people behind it bring years of experience producing successful western events and community gatherings throughout Michigan. Our past events reflect a long-standing commitment to creating memorable experiences that celebrate rodeo, agriculture, and hometown traditions.
Built on Experience
The team behind 989 Productions has been involved in organizing and producing rodeo events for more than 15 years. From planning and operations to sponsorships, volunteers, and event management, we’ve gained valuable experience creating events that families and communities look forward to year after year.
Rach Rock Rodeo
The Ranch Rock Rodeo is 989 Productions’ signature event, bringing together the excitement of authentic rodeo competition, live music, great food, local vendors, and family-friendly entertainment for an unforgettable weekend. Held at the Eagle Fairgrounds, Ranch Rock Rodeo celebrates western heritage while creating an event that welcomes longtime rodeo fans and first-time visitors alike.
Designed to become one of Michigan’s premier annual western events, Ranch Rock Rodeo combines the traditions of rodeo with the energy of live entertainment, creating an experience the entire family can enjoy.
Mint Festival Rodeo
Before launching 989 Productions, Kyle Fullhart successfully organized the Mint Festival Rodeo, helping transform it into one of the area’s most anticipated annual attractions. The event brought together competitors, sponsors, volunteers, and spectators for exciting rodeo entertainment while drawing visitors from throughout the region. The success of those events helped inspire the creation of 989 Productions and the vision for Ranch Rock Rodeo.
Spartan Stampede
Kyle also serves as the head coach of the Michigan State University Rodeo Team and has helped organize the annual Spartan Stampede, one of the nation’s premier collegiate rodeos. The event attracts talented competitors and spectators while helping support the MSU Rodeo Club and promote the sport of rodeo throughout Michigan.
Looking Ahead
Every successful event has helped shape the future of 989 Productions. As we continue to grow, we look forward to adding even more past events to this page while creating new traditions through Ranch Rock Rodeo, Veterans Ride, and future community festivals that bring people together and support meaningful causes.
Thank you to everyone who has attended, volunteered, sponsored, or supported our events over the years. We look forward to seeing you at the next 989 Productions event!
